The Tinnitus Breakthrough

This 5-session program is for people who have tinnitus (ringing or other sounds in the ears) that regularly bothers them, rather than being in the background. It is based on Jon Kabat Zinn’s Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and my work with stress and anxiety relief, to help soften your relationship with the sounds. In many cases, it may help bring more peace and ease to the rest of your life.
